What types of vendors do you accept?We accept all types of vendors with the exception of the following: Vape, cigarette or cigar items, alcohol or drug related items, witchcraft items, fortune tellers or tarot cards. Any vendor is subject to the venue's approval.

How do I become a vendor?Submit the application in full and pay the vendor fee at time of application.

Do you limit the types of vendors?Yes we do, it varies per event but we keep careful watch to make sure we have a very diverse event every time.

What if we pay, but our vendor category is full?Your vendor fee will be refunded with a note that says Wait List

I am a returning vendor, do I get preference?We are a first come , first PAY. This helps keep it fair for every vendor to have a chance to participate in the festival. * Returning Vendors get a $10 discount off their application and a Referral Fee for every vendor they recommend that gets accepted into the festival * They also have the ability to pick their section that they would like to be in, if they choose to do so.

How likely am I to get a vendor spot if I am put on the Wait List?On average, we add 18-20 vendors from the wait list to the event. This normally does not happen until the last two weeks before the event so please be patient with us.

How many visitors do you normally attract per event?We do our very best to attract visitors by social media campaigns, signage on the roads, word of mouth and emails. We have had over 6,000 people attend our events for multiple festivals and we hope to continue to attract all of Mandarin and it's surrounding communities to our markets as we continue to grow.

What are the vendor fees?All vendor fees are listed on the application per event. All prices will go up $10 within the last month of the event.

What are the vendor requirements?Outside vendors - anything that you need to operate, electricity, tables, tents will not be provided for you. Inside vendors - anything that you need to operate your booth, tables will not be provided. You must bring everything you need to operate your booth. Electricity is available only at certain spots and they are assigned at the time of booking. We recommend that all outdoor vendors bring their own generators if they need power.

Check in rules?All check in rules will be emailed to participants 2 weeks before the event.

Is it better to get an inside or outside spot?All spots get a ton of traffic. Inside and outside vendors both have had the same amount of traffic the last few events.

As a vendor can I park on-site?Vendors are not allowed to park on site. All vendors will be given email directions where they can park and pick up the vendor shuttle to arrive on campus safely.
